Where the flour ships from
AgroLoaf Ghana Limited is the sole importer of Nova Terra Hard Spring Wheat Flour in Ghana. The head office and warehouse are at Spintex Rd 45, Accra, and stock sits there rather than being ordered in per customer — around twenty containers at any time, so an order loads the day it is placed instead of the week the next shipment lands.
Which cities are covered?
Delivery runs to Accra, Koforidua, Kumasi, Takoradi, Sunyani and Tamale. Koforidua sits on the Accra–Kumasi route, and Kumasi is served through SASA Jeff Royal Enterprise, the local distributor. Orders start at 50 bags and go up to full containers.
Is delivery free?
Within Accra, yes — from 100 bags. Outside Accra it is not free: for Koforidua, Kumasi, Takoradi, Sunyani and Tamale the cost is agreed when the order is placed, and it depends on the volume and the destination. Ask for it with your quote rather than assuming a figure.
When the office is open
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and Saturday 08:00–18:00. Orders placed inside those hours against stock leave the same day; anything later goes out on the next working morning.

What is supplied
One flour, in one format: Nova Terra hard spring wheat bread flour at 14–15 % protein, bromate-free, fortified with iron, zinc and folic acid together with thiamin, riboflavin and niacin, in 50 kg bags. It is registered with the Ghana Food and Drugs Authority under FDA/BK 26-1044 and milled to meet the Ghana Standard in full.
