1. Who we are

AgroLoaf Ghana Limited ("AgroLoaf", "we", "us") is the sole importer and distributor of Nova Terra Hard Spring Wheat Flour in Ghana, based at Spintex Rd 45, Accra. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as when you fill in the Become A Partner order form or contact us by email or phone. This can include:

• Business name and contact person
• Email address and phone number
• Delivery address
• Flour type, estimated monthly volume, and any additional details you choose to share

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect payment card details through this website.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to sample and order requests
• Prepare quotes and arrange delivery
• Answer questions sent through our contact details
• Keep basic records of our business relationship with commercial and artisanal bakeries

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses the technical cookies needed for it to function, plus Google Analytics, so we can see which pages visitors find useful. Analytics tells us page views, approximate location (country and city level) and the type of device used. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How analytics starts depends on where you are visiting from:

• From the European Union or the United Kingdom — analytics is switched off until you agree. A banner appears on your first visit, and nothing is sent to Google unless you press Accept. This follows Google Consent Mode, with all storage denied by default.
• From Ghana and everywhere else — analytics is switched on by default, and no banner is shown. You can turn it off at any time using the button below.

We work out which of the two applies from your browser's time zone setting. We do not look up your IP address to do it, and that check involves no third party.

Your choice is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser storage for this site resets it.

5. Third-party services

Our Contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our office location. Google may process technical data (such as your IP address) when that map loads, under its own privacy policy. We do not control this processing.

6. Sharing your information

We may share order-related details with our Kumasi distributor, SASA Jeff Royal Enterprise, solely to arrange delivery in that region. Otherwise, we only disclose information where required by Ghanaian law or to protect our legal rights.

7. Data retention

We keep order and enquiry records for as long as needed to fulfil the business relationship and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise them.

8. Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana, you may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct inaccurate details, or delete information we no longer need to keep. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

9. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you share with us against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

10. Children's privacy

This website is intended for businesses and individuals sourcing flour commercially. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our business or this website changes. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
